It can be a complex process, this marketing game. Having said that, we do try and make it as simple for you as possible.
Whether you want a full-blown e-commerce website building or a simple flyer designing, it all starts the same way. We sit down with you either at your place or ours and talk about what you want, what you need and roughly what it might cost to do it. You tell us your ideas and we'll give you some of ours that might give you a slightly different perspective on how you might achieve what you want.
Once the brainstorming is done we'll figure out an accurate cost and if you're happy with that we'll start putting ideas down and throwing them at you for your feedback. This ping-pong process, us giving you ideas and you sending your feedback will go on until you’re 100% happy with the design.
When we've finalised the design we'll send it to print, or if it's a website we'll start the build process. Because all of our websites are built from the ground up, this process can take several weeks, depending on the complexity of the site. You'll be able to check on the progress of our work as we go and if your site is a selling or showcase type site you'll be able to start adding your products well before the rest of the site is ready to be launched.
When the building is done you'll have as much time as you need to familiarise yourself with how it all works and only when you're ready will we release your new venture into the public domain!
Of course, our beautiful new friendship doesn't end there. If we've built a shiny new website for you, we'll continue to help you with it for the whole length of your contract with us. We'll promote and optimise it for as long and as often as you have asked us to do it for, we'll even do the odd tweak and change for you, generally at no cost.
